Celeste Tronka has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Currently, they are working at Kaiyo, starting as a Customer Service Specialist in March 2022. Celeste later became a Senior Customer Experience Specialist in September 2022 and currently holds the position of Team Lead since January 2023. Before joining Kaiyo, Celeste was employed at RoadRunner Recycling as a Customer Service Representative from August 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ModCloth for four years, from August 2016 to August 2020, as a Customer Care Assistant Lead.
Celeste Tronka obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Wheeling University. Celeste pursued their studies at the university from 2011 to 2015.
