Gonzalo Velis

Gonzalo Velis, MBA, MScIB, currently serves as Production Manager at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited since November 2022. Prior to this role, Gonzalo held various positions at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, including Senior Planning Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing plant operations, ensuring product quality, and managing efficiency and safety initiatives. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Team Leader and Operations Supervisor in different organizations. Gonzalo began a career in production at Empresas Polar as a Production Supervisor and gained early academic experience as an Academic Tutor at Universidad de Oriente. An educational background features a Master of Business Administration focused on Finance from Vancouver Island University and a Master's in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Oriente, Venezuela.
