Kate Flathers

Kate Flathers is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Kalderos since November 2023. Prior to that role, Flathers held the position of Head of Product at Hawthorne Effect, Inc. from January 2022 to November 2023. Flathers has significant experience in executive and management roles, including VP of Product at OM1, Inc. and DrugDev, as well as senior positions at Oracle, Phase Forward, Kiva Systems, Softscape Inc., CSG Systems, and Kenan Systems. Flathers holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, earned in May 1998, and graduated from Guilford High School in 1994.
