LaToya Boose has held several positions in the past decade. In 2012, they were a Postal Clerk at the United States Postal Service. In 2013, they were a Sales Manager at American United Insurance Agency. In 2016, they were an Account Executive Business Development Manager at Farmers Insurance. In 2018, they were an Inventory Analyst at William-Sonoma. In 2019, they were a Fleet Inventory Distribution Operations Manager at Avis Budget Car and Truck Rental Operated by P3 Car Rental LLC, where their primary duties included budgeting, profit vs cost planning and research, scheduling, maintaining schedule maintenance on inventory, coaching and development of staff, and development of relationships with internal and external clients. In 2020, they were an Operations Manager at Amazon. Currently, they are a National Sales Director at Kale Logistics Solutions.

LaToya Boose earned their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Project Management from Strayer University in 2019. LaToya also holds certifications from the Management and Strategy Institute, including Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification and Project Management Essentials Certified, obtained in October 2019. In addition, they have an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) certification from the Tennessee Dept of Commerce obtained in February 2012, as well as CPR & AED certification from the American Heart Association obtained in August 2020.
