Thom Rossi

Thom Rossi has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Thom began their career in 1996 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Primavera Systems, Inc. In 2001, they moved on to PRICE Systems as the Director of Product Quality. From 2002 to 2005, Rossi was a Lecturer at Villanova University's Software Engineering Program. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Product Owner at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG). Rossi then joined Project Management Institute in 2007 as Manager of Information Technology, Advanced Learning Product, and then Manager of Enterprise Architecture, Manager of Emerging Technology and Quality, and Manager of Application Development. In 2018, Rossi joined Kaleido Health Solutions, Inc. as Vice President Program Management Office and Director of DevOps, leading a team building a mobile and web based tele-health system hosted on AWS. Thom was responsible for project management/scrum, quality assurance, CI/CD and production support, as well as vendor management.

Thom Rossi obtained a BS in Computer Engineering from Penn State University between 1992 and 1996. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2016, they obtained an ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
