Alcide Coelho

Alcide Coelho has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to quality management and engineering. Alcide is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Quality Management and Innovation at Kalpataru Limited, where they are responsible for driving organizational excellence and working with project teams to improve quality, cost, and delivery. Prior to this, Alcide held the position of Senior Vice President - Engineering at Tata Housing Development Company Limited, where they were responsible for international project execution, corporate quality assurance and control. Alcide has also worked as the Head of Quality at India Tower, Larsen and Toubro Ltd., and as the Head Corporate Quality at Dubai World- Limitless LLC. Additionally, Alcide has experience as a QA/QC Manager at Al Rostamani Pegel LLC- Dubai and as a Quality Assurance Manager at Nasa Multiplex LLC- Dubai.

Alcide Coelho has an extensive education history. In 1991, they attended Father Agnels College of Engineering in Bombay, where they earned a degree in Fabrication Technology and Erection Engineering, specializing in Fabrication and Welding. From 1996 to 2000, they studied at Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute (VJTI) in Mumbai and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil and Structural Engineering.

In 2007, Alcide pursued a Diploma in Quality Management at the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in Brussels. Alcide continued their education in 2008 at the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA, where they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In 2012 and 2013, they furthered their knowledge in business excellence by completing the TATA Business Excellence Model - Malcolm Baldridge Award (TBEM).

In 2017, Alcide attended Harvard Business School for the Advanced Management Program -193, with a focus on Business Administration and Management in General. This program represented their most recent educational accomplishment.
