Ashish Desale

Ashish Desale is a seasoned contracts manager at Kalpataru Limited since October 2023, overseeing projects in Pune and Hyderabad with approximately 50 lakh square feet of built-up area. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Contracts and Procurement at Godrej Properties Limited, where Ashish contributed to a significant 1 million square foot project in Keshavnagar, Pune. Prior roles include Senior Project Coordinator at CBRE and Billing Engineer at Marvel Realtors, managing quantity surveying for Hadapsar cluster projects. Starting as a Site Engineer at Harsh Construction, Ashish managed various responsibilities, including a major landscape project at Nashik Domestic Airport. Ashish is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Construction Management from NICMAR University, following a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from MIT Aurangabad.
