John Michelon Jr.

John Michelon Jr. serves as Vice President of Taxation for Kaman Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for all areas of taxation, including financial reporting, compliance, planning, risk management and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Michelon has a diverse background with experience in the retail, manufacturing, banking and insurance industries. Prior to joining Kaman in August of 2021, Mr. Michelon worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as a tax director within the managed tax services group. He has also served in a number of tax positions with increasing responsibilities at Movado, Praxair, Ann Taylor and General Electric.

Mr. Michelon is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany – SUNY.
