Alena Kangas Auyoung

Alena Kangas Auyoung currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise Information Governance at Kamehameha Schools, where responsibilities include information governance, content and records management, and archives. Alena co-leads the enterprise information governance council and the enterprise data learning community, along with performing admission interviews and reviewing scholarship applications. Previously, Alena worked as a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Information Governance at American Savings Bank, and held positions including Manager of Vendor Risk Management at Booz Allen Hamilton and Senior Consultant for Audit Readiness. Early career experience includes an Analyst role in Client Financial Management at Accenture Federal Services and an internship at Under Armour, focusing on retail accounting and corporate events. Alena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University and a Certificate of Achievement in Antiquities Trafficking and Art Crime from the University of Glasgow.
