Melissa Wilson (Reimer)

Melissa (Reimer) Wilson has a strong background in engineering and project management. Melissa is currently the Director of Project Engineering at KaMin since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BASF as an Engineering Manager from August 2019 to November 2022, and also held the position of Senior Project Manager from April 2019 to August 2020. Before joining BASF, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Mapei from April 2018 to April 2019. Melissa worked at SABIC as a Project Development and Control Leader from October 2017 to April 2018, and as a Senior Project Manager from an unknown start date to October 2017. Melissa also worked as a Process/Project Engineer at SABIC from an unknown start date to 2016. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked as a Sr Production Engineer at Nanophase Technologies from 2007 to 2011, as well as a Project Engineer at Ecolab from May 2004 to December 2006, and a Process Engineer at Rohm and Haas from May 1999 to May 2004.

Melissa (Reimer) Wilson obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University from 1994 to 1999. In 2018, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
