Neliah Goldstein has held various roles throughout their work experience. Neliah started their career at DHL Express in 2009 as an Operational Customer Support, where they resolved customer queries and performed administrative tasks. In 2011, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Vendor Account Manager, responsible for 3PL engagement and managing spare part audits. Neliah also coordinated a major cost-savings project, resulting in savings of 2 million USD. From 2015 to 2020, Neliah worked as a Logistics Team Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they managed a multinational team and led waste management investigations. Since 2021, Neliah has been working at Kanabo as an Operations Manager, overseeing production planning and execution of medicinal cannabis products and hemp based productions. Neliah'sresponsibilities include procurement, inventory management, order management, vendor management, and implementing quality control measures.

Neliah Goldstein obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BA in Information Technology from Ono Academic College from 2013 to 2016. Neliah also studied Arabic Language and Literature at The Open University of Israel from 2014 to 2015, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued further education at המכללה האסקית - לשכת המסחר ת"א והמרכז, earning a certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Neliah Goldstein has also obtained various additional certifications, such as the FD125: QMS Foundation based on ISO 13485:2016 Training Course from Comply Guru in December 2021, and the European Medical Device Regulation (EU-MDR 2017/745) Basic Overview Course from Comply Guru in September 2021. Neliah has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Implementing Supply Chain Management, Learning Python, and Programming Foundations: Fundamentals in April 2021 and March 2021 respectively. Neliah holds the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise obtained in October 2017. Additionally, Neliah Goldstein completed the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM and the Everything as a Service (XaaS) is the Future of Business course from LinkedIn in February 2021.
