Head of Manufacturing and China Operations at Kano

JingJing Li has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Ford Motor Company in 2010 in the powertrain engineering department. During this internship, they focused on verifying new software and comparing different software programs.

In 2013, JingJing worked as a research assistant at the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where they conducted an extension of a fourth-year project. Their tasks involved analyzing experimental data using Matlab and contributing to a research paper.

Later, JingJing joined Kano Computing in 2014 as an operations analyst. In this role, they managed suppliers in China, handled purchase orders and invoices, and ensured on-time and quality production. JingJing also built a system for tracking and analyzing hardware issues and managing replacements.

Over the years at Kano Computing, JingJing progressed to roles like senior operations manager, operations manager, and head of manufacturing and China operations. In these positions, they undertook various responsibilities such as reducing the bill of materials, designing and setting up assembly lines, sourcing components from suppliers, developing new products, and optimizing shipping costs.

Currently, JingJing holds the position of operations director (Asia Pacific) at Kano Computing, where they are responsible for overseeing operations in the region.
