Mohammad Tariq

Mohammad Tariq is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as HR Manager and Acting Head of HR for the UAE & Oman at The Kanoo Group since July 2004. In these roles, Mohammad oversees HR strategy development, organizational design, and the implementation of performance and rewards strategies. Key achievements include the establishment of the Human Resources Division and the preparation of the Human Resource Policy Manual. Previously, Mohammad held positions at Mashreq Bank, Emirates Trading Agency, and Tata Tea Limited, where responsibilities included managing HR administration and operations. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from Christ Church College.
