Donald D’Alesio

Donald D’alesio is currently the defensive assistant at the Kansas City Chiefs. Donald was previously the defensive coordinator and defensive line coach at Youngstown State University. Donald has also served as a graduate assistant and finance intern. D’alesio played football at the NCAA level from 2010 to 2014.

Donald D’alesio graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Donald then went on to complete their Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Youngstown State University.

Donald D’alesio reports to Andy Reid, Head Coach. Some of their coworkers include Marc Richards - Football Research Analyst, Barry Rubin - Strength & Conditioner, and Stephanie Judah - Director, Entertainment Teams.
