Crystal M. Everett

Crystal M. Everett, M.Ed., currently serves as the Real World Learning Manager for Kansas City Public Schools, where responsibilities have included managing initiatives in Career and Technical Education and real-world learning experiences since October 2019. With a diverse background, Crystal has also facilitated programs for the Parent Leadership Training Institute-KC and owns Everett Consulting Group LLC, focusing on youth coaching and consulting for college preparation. Previous roles include Admissions Coordinator at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City and Program Director at 20/20 Leadership, where over 500 high school students were supported through experiential learning programs. Crystal holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication, and Sociology from Drake University.
