Jenna Schofield has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jenna began their career as a Graduate Program Ambassador at Fisher College of Business/The Ohio State University, where they played a key role in recruiting applicants for graduate programs. Jenna then joined Convergys, where they worked as a Resource Management Intern and later as a Senior Analyst, focusing on process optimization and implementation, as well as HRIS system optimization for global operational expansion.

Following their time at Convergys, Jenna Schofield worked as a Professional Services Consultant at RTM Consulting. Jenna then moved to KPMG LLP as a Manager, Resource Management, where they orchestrated coverage for over 500 resources and led a team to facilitate staffing and skills fulfillment.

Afterwards, Jenna joined Salesforce.com as a Manager - Regional Operations, responsible for optimizing resource management and operational functions while implementing standardized global operations. Jenna Schofield then joined Snapdocs as an Implementation Manager, responsible for overseeing the implementation process and ensuring successful deployment. Currently, they are with Kantata, where they hold the positions of Director of Education Services and Head of Partner and Delivery Enablement.
