Fargana O. Mammadova

Fargana O. Mammadova has been working in the field of human resources for over 20 years. Fargana started their career at "SOS Children's Villages Azerbaijan" in 2000, where they worked their way up to National Director. In 2012, they moved to Bank of Baku OJSC, where they held the position of Head of HR Management Division and Acting Department Director. In January 2013, they were promoted to Director of HR Department, a position they held until September 2015. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources Management at Kapital Bank OJSC.

Fargana O. Mammadova has a MA in International Law from Baku State University.

Fargana O. Mammadova reports to Rovshan S. Allahverdiyev, Chairman. Fargana O. Mammadova works with Azer A. Huseynov - Director, Overdue Loans Initial Processing, Nijat M. Rasulov - Director, Credit Underwriting, and Javid A. Mirzayev - Chief Risk Officer.
