Nicole Myers has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nicole began their career at The Walt Disney Company, where they held various managerial positions in operations, sales, and integration and improvement. Nicole then joined InteliStaf Healthcare as an Area Vice President, overseeing 40 locations across the eastern US. After that, they worked at Kaplan University as the Executive Director of Centralized Academic Services, responsible for registrar oversight and faculty coordination. Nicole later returned to The Walt Disney Company as the Manager of Learning Delivery Operations, leading a team of learning and development managers. Prior to their current role as Vice President of Customer Experience at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, they spent several years at Kaplan Higher Education in roles such as Vice President of Digital Product Management Group and Vice President of Performance and Service Excellence. Throughout their career, Nicole has focused on improving customer experience, implementing training and development initiatives, and optimizing operational processes.

Nicole Myers completed their education with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Arizona State University from 1988 to 1992. Nicole completed their high school education at Punahou School, receiving a diploma between 1980 and 1988. Aside from their formal education, they obtained additional certifications including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2018 and a Knowledge Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
