Russ Tincher

Russ Tincher currently serves as Vice President of KAPx Business Development at Kaplan, where leadership is provided for the KAPx platform since March 2001. Previously, Tincher was Executive Director of Content Management Strategies, instrumental in designing the Kaplan Enterprise Content Management System, enhancing content aggregation and development across the organization. As Vice President of Learning Technology, supervision was provided for software initiatives across numerous learning centers. Early career experiences include directorial positions at Pensare, where a creative services group was transformed, and Beatnik, where the development of a music e-commerce site was led. Tincher's tenure at Computer Curriculum Corporation involved managing a media team for K-12 online education products. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electronic Music from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
