Vatsla Issar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vatsla started their career at Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. (BYJU's) in 2017 as a Business Development Associate, where they focused on lead generation and sales. Vatsla then moved up to the role of Assistant Manager, handling the entire sales cycle and client relationships. In 2019, Vatsla joined Kapture CRM as an Inside Sales Manager, responsible for content development and managing a lead generation team. Vatsla later became a Team Leader, overseeing the work of the lead generation team and establishing a network with CXOs from various enterprises. In 2022, Vatsla joined Yellow.ai as an Account Manager, and in 2023, they joined Kapture CX as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Vatsla Issar completed their Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in the years 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Sacred Heart Convent School from 1997 to 2014, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management certifications from LinkedIn in August 2023. Vatsla also acquired the Yellow Platform Fundamental certification from Yellow.ai in August 2022 and the ORACLE SE7 PROGRAMMER certification from Oracle in June 2015.
