Christopher Anderson

Christopher Anderson has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Christopher is currently working as the Sr. Director of IT at CardFlight since March 2022. Prior to this, they have held various roles at KAR Auction Services, Inc, including Vice President of IT Service Management, Vice President of Workplace Services, Vice President of Technology Services, Director of Infrastructure, and Infrastructure Manager, spanning from June 2000 to March 2022. Christopher also worked as an IT manager at Raytheon Professional Services from 1997 to 1999.

Christopher Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Ball State University in the years 1989 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences (CICS) at Ball State University from 1994 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1999, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification for Windows 2000 Server. Later, in 2001, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification. Continuing their professional development, Christopher became a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in 2003 and obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005.

In 2007, Christopher achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Their certifications expanded in 2021 when they obtained the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Continuing their education, Christopher acquired several certifications in 2023. These include the AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA), and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA) from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, they obtained the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification from (ISC)².
