Arnaud Deveugle

Arnaud Deveugle is the Founder & CEO of Karamel, a career platform where candidates don’t apply for jobs but apply to them. Prior to founding Karamel, Arnaud was a VOKA BRYO Member at Voka-Vlaams netwerk van ondernemingen and worked as a Solution Marketing at Securitas Belgium, specializing in identifying new market opportunities and developing customer value propositions. Arnaud also served as a Product Manager at Destiny N.V., focusing on defining go-to-market strategies for Unified Communication platforms. Arnaud holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Ghent University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
