I Gede Agus Mardika

I Gede Agus Mardika has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. I Gede Agus started their career at Conrad Bali Resort & Spa as a Reservation Agent in 2010, where they handled reservation inquiries and resolved guest complaints. I Gede Agus later became a Reservations Supervisor, overseeing quality checks and room assignments.

In 2013, they joined COMO Shambhala Estate as a Distribution Executive, responsible for distribution processes. I Gede Agus then moved to COMO Hotels and Resorts as a Bali Distribution Executive in 2014.

From 2015 to 2017, Agus worked at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Reservations Manager, ensuring high standards and SOP compliance. I Gede Agus then joined Soori Bali as a Reservation Manager, managing online distribution channels and leading the reservation department.

Agus continued their career as a Reservation Manager at The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa in 2017, where they managed the reservation department and provided analytical data. I Gede Agus then returned to Soori Bali as a Revenue Manager in 2018, overseeing revenue management.

In 2019, Agus joined Karma Group Global as a Reservation and E-Commerce Manager. I Gede Agus later became a Revenue Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Sales since April 2023.

Aside from their roles in the hospitality industry, Agus also owned and operated their own small business called Laundry 86 in 2020. I Gede Agus is also a Director at CV. Clarias Jaya Penarukan since September 2021.

I Gede Agus Mardika attended SMA N 1 Kerambitan from 2001 to 2004. After completing high school, they enrolled at Politeknik Negeri Bali from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Hotel Management.
