Chris Lesperance has over 10 years of professional experience in various roles. From 2010-2012, they were an Accountant at Clayton Homes, where they focused on monthly G&A expense analysis. From 2012-2013, they were a Sales Operations Analyst at BrightEdge, where they supported the sales process and analyzed data to support sales/finance. From 2013-2014, they were a Manager and Director of Sales Strategy at Selligent. From 2014-2016, they were the Head of Business Operations and Sr. Director of Sales Operations & Data Protection Officer at Stackla. From 2016-2019, they were the Head of Business Operations at SocialChorus. From 2020-present, they are the VP of Operations at Sapling, a new kind of HR platform for mid-market companies. Additionally, from 2022-present, they are a Co-Founder and Advisor at Sprocket.
