Eliane Gonçalves

Eliane Gonçalves has been working in the commercial analysis and finance fields since 2013. Eliane started their career as an intern at 1 Cartório de Registro Civil de Osasco in 2013. In 2015, they joined Webmotors as a Finance Officer, where they managed the sending of files to the collection company and controlled NFS for partner payments. Eliane also organized documents and files and ensured compliance with processes, policies and SLAs. In addition, they were responsible for the billing of individual and corporate customers. Eliane also held the position of Fraud Prevention Analyst, where they analyzed individual and corporate registrations and verified irregularities reported on the website. Finally, in 2021, they joined Karvi, where they analyze and updates the leaderboard with the numbers of each manager. Eliane also provides support to the commercial team and includes and excludes stores from the system, making changes when requested.
