Vadim Lipatov

Vadim Lipatov currently serves as the CEO of Radario LLC, a SaaS ticketing company, since February 2024. Concurrently, Vadim is the Director of Strategic Development at KASSIR.RU, focusing on growth opportunities, M&A, business intelligence, and innovations since September 2022. Previously, Vadim held the position of Commercial Director at CTS Eventim RU from September 2014 to September 2022, where responsibilities included driving new business, managing a skilled team of over 15, and overseeing more than 300 promoters. From January 2012 to September 2014, Vadim worked as Bizdev/Commercial Director at Stage Entertainment, managing marketing, sales, sponsorship, and partnership activities while leading a team of passionate professionals. Earlier experience includes roles as Sales & Marketing Director at Mir Knigi and Co-founder/CEO of Smi)e, a marketing and distribution firm for original gift concepts. Vadim's career began in technology with positions at Cisco Systems and Croc. Vadim holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, attended from 1999 to 2004, and completed studies at School 25 of Moscow from 1997 to 1999.
