Patrick Leigh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Patrick started their career at Citizens Bank in 2007 as a Fraud Analyst, where they analyzed and monitored credit card accounts to detect and stop fraudulent activity. Patrick then moved on to the role of Debit Card Claims Review Group, where they analyzed and researched debit card accounts to build strong cases against unnecessary claims, saving the bank a significant amount of money. After that, they served as a Local Lean Change Agent, where they managed a group of 40+ individuals and developed complex tools to showcase data. Patrick also worked as a Business System Analyst III, responsible for designing and implementing calling strategies and managing the Avaya Predictive dialing system. In 2017, they joined United Bank as a Senior Developer. In 2018, they worked as a Controller at Launch Franchising. Currently, they are working at Katabat as a Configuration Analyst and Deployment Manager.

Patrick Leigh completed their education in the field of Criminal Justice and Sociology. From 2004 to 2007, they attended the University of New Haven, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University from 2008 to 2010.
