Siim Sirel

Siim Sirel has a diverse work experience in various companies. Siim is currently working as a Product Manager at Katana Cloud Manufacturing since November 2021. Siim also co-founded Eliitinsener ÖÜ in 2017 and continues to be involved in the company. Siim has worked as a Customer Trainer at Eziil Production Intelligence from June 2020 to July 2021, and also served as a Project Manager from April 2019 to June 2020, implementing Eziil ERP software in different companies and training employees and clients on digitalization and ERP implementation. Prior to that, Siim worked at ÖÜ Mainsten from November 2016 to February 2019, starting as an Assistant Production Manager and eventually leading a production team of 12 people as a Production Manager. Siim also has experience as a Production Engineer Assistant at ÖÜ Terasman in 2014, where they were involved in CAD/CAM programming and quality control of weldings. Siim began their career as a Mechanic at Mistra-Autex AS in 2013.

Siim Sirel has a diverse educational background in the field of engineering and management. Siim obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, graduating in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Production Engineering and Product Development from the same institution, completing their studies in 2016. In addition, Siim Sirel briefly attended The University of New Mexico in 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Alongside their academic achievements, Siim Sirel has also acquired additional certifications. In 2023, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they completed the Eziil online MasterClass level 2 certification, which is offered by Eziil Production Intelligence.
