Madaline Catherine Tan Kim Wah

Ms. Tan is the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Group. She is responsible for the formulation and introduction of the Group’s new concept ideas and menus for new and existing brands. She assists the Executive Chairman and CEO in managing the Group’s overall business development and operations and is actively involved in formulating strategies to improve the processes in the Group’s restaurants and cafes. Ms. Tan has more than 20 years of experience in F & B and restaurant operations.
