Selina Beck

Selina Beck is currently working as a Führungskräfte-Coach at their own coaching company since September 2022, focusing on the development and motivation of employees. Prior to this, Selina held various roles at Kaufland Deutschland since August 2010, including Team Lead, Abteilungsleiterin, and Recruiter, where Selina led teams, implemented strategic recruiting processes, and actively shaped change initiatives. Selina also holds a degree in Industriekauffrau and completed a Systemischer Business Coach program at KRÖBER Kommunikation.
