Hesed Tendero

Hesed Tendero has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Hesed started their career as a Basic Marine Rifleman in the United States Marine Corps from August 2009 to June 2010. Hesed then served as an Airframe Structural Mechanic from June 2010 to August 2011, followed by a role as a Work Center Supervisor from August 2011 to September 2013. As a Division Manager, they successfully led a team from September 2013 to August 2014.

After their military service, Hesed joined Trinity International University as an Academic Computing Coordinator, where they were responsible for administering and maintaining computer labs and providing support and training to faculty and students on various technology tools.

In 2014, Hesed transitioned to Kaufman Hall as a Technical Analyst and later became a Lead Technical Account Manager in December 2016. In these roles, they provided technical support and managed client accounts.

Most recently, Hesed joined Syntellis Performance Solutions in June 2020 as a Team Lead, Technical Account Manager. Hesed also took on the role of Technical Trainer, Instructional Designer, and DevOps in October 2020.

Hesed Tendero graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Trinity International University in 2006. In 2008, Hesed pursued a Master of Divinity at the same university. Hesed also attended the University of the Philippines from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Philosophy and European Languages. In 2012, Hesed attended Central Texas College and studied as a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional - Server Administrator. Hesed has obtained additional certifications such as MadCap Flare 12 Essential Training and Technical Writing: Quick Start Guides from LinkedIn, a Secret Security Clearance from the U.S. Department of State in 2011, and an A+ Information Technology Technician certification from CompTIA in 2008.
