Kristine Ascanio

Kristine Ascanio is the Manager of Corporate Services at Kawa Capital Management. Kristine has over seven years of experience in property management and budgeting, and is skilled in handling legal documents and contracts.

Kristine began their career as an Electrical Equipment Specialist in the US Marine Corps in October 2004. Kristine served for seven years, until April 2012, when they transitioned to the civilian world and took a job as an Assistant Property Manager with TMG Management.

In their role at TMG Management, Kristine was responsible for ensuring that condominiums and homeowner associations ran smoothly. Kristine worked on budgets, collected payments, and made sure that the property was well-maintained. Kristine also attended monthly association meetings, handled complaints from residents, and worked with vendors and insurance companies to review legal documents and contracts.

Through their work at TMG Management, Kristine gained a deep understanding of contracts and budgeting. Kristine also became comfortable dealing with legal documents. In September 2010, Kristine left TMG Management to take on their current role as Manager of Corporate Services at Kawa Capital Management.

Kristine Ascanio has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business/Corporate Communications from UW Oshkosh, and they are also an Electrical Equipment Repair Specialist from the USMC.
