Almas Kabyldin

Almas Kabyldin currently serves as the Head of Procurement and Logistics at GPC Investment since September 2022. Previously, Almas has held various roles at KazTransOil from March 2014, including Manager of the operations department focused on the main equipment sector and Chief specialist of the operations department in the diagnostics sector. Key responsibilities included overseeing technical maintenance of oil pipelines, managing tender procedures, and conducting diagnostic assessments of pipelines and tanks. Almas's career began at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium as an Oil and Gas pipeline operating engineer, where responsibilities included analyzing pipeline maintenance and controlling construction during expansion projects. Almas holds a Master's Degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an MBA specializing in the Oil and Gas industry from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, complemented by an engineering degree in Oil and Gas Pipeline Transportation from Ufa State Petroleum Technical University.
