Carole Stempien

Carole is a Director in the firm’s Family Office Services Division. She serves as a centralized coordinating resource for the firm’s wealthiest clients. Her responsibilities include working with clients and their external advisors to coordinate financial reporting for individuals, their family businesses and foundations, bill pay, bookkeeping, and various special projects. Carole started her career at The Northern Trust Company and spent 24 years in banking and fiduciary roles serving high net worth individuals and families. Her most recent role was focusing on the management, administration and governance of illiquid family business assets held in trusts and estates.

Carole received her M.B.A. from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and International Studies from Saint Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri.
