Thomas Bellocci

Thomas BELLOCCI has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Thomas started their career as a Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2000 to December 2001. Thomas then worked as an Internal SAP Consultant at an unspecified company from April 2002 to August 2005.

In August 2005, they joined Saint-Gobain, where they held several positions. Thomas started as a Supply Chain Manager and was responsible for creating the Customer Service department, improving service rates and customer satisfaction. Thomas later served as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, implementing lean principles to optimize production processes.

From November 2010 to April 2012, Thomas worked as a Greenfield Plant Project Manager for a solar glass plant in Cologne, Germany. Thomas successfully managed the design, erection, and start-up of the facility.

In May 2012, they became a Production Manager at a plant focused on glass transformation for interior use. Thomas then became the Plant General Manager from January 2014 to April 2016, overseeing plant operations.

In March 2016, Thomas took on the role of Global Supply Chain Design Manager - Life Sciences at Saint-Gobain. Their main focus was building a Supply Chain Community at a global level. In September 2018, they were promoted to Global Industrial Performance Director - Life Sciences. In this role, they led 25 plants, 5100 employees, and achieved a turnover of €500 million. Thomas spearheaded operations digitalization initiatives and supported sites in their smart factory and digitalization projects.

Most recently, Thomas joined KBI Biopharma in January 2023 as the Supply Chain Director. Further details about their role are not provided.

In addition to their professional experience, Thomas also had a brief role as an Associate at Time for the Planet in July 2021, and prior to their career, they worked as a Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2000 to December 2001.

Thomas Belloci completed their Master of Science degree with a thesis in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University from 2000 to 2001. Thomas also obtained a degree in Ingénieur généraliste with a focus on Recherche opérationnelle from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various areas such as communication foundations, managing egos and difficult emotions, neuro-linguistic programming, and WCM Green Belts in multiple disciplines.
