Gordon Kerr

Gordon Kerr has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Head of European Research at KBRA. Prior to that, they served as the Honorable Treasurer at Valley End Cricket Club. Before joining KBRA, Gordon held a significant position at DBRS Morningstar as the Head of Global Structured Finance Research and Analytics. In this role, they led a global team of researchers, oversaw ESG research and development of analytical tools. Preceding their tenure at DBRS Morningstar, they worked at Citi, where they held multiple positions including Head of European Securitised Products Research, ABS Trader, Desk Analyst - ABS, and Research Analyst. Gordon began their career at CIBC Mellon as a Relationship Manager and also worked in roles related to commercial property tax appeals at Divaris Alexander Corp and media negotiation at MediaVest. Overall, Gordon Kerr has a strong background in research, analytics, and financial markets.

Gordon Kerr began their education by attending Oakville Trafalgar High School from 1987 to 1992. Gordon then proceeded to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology and Chemistry at Acadia University from 1992 to 1996. Continuing their academic journey, Gordon obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003.
