Mike Napieraj has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike has had a successful career with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Mike has worked as a Regional Vice President of Operations, Innovation Center Director, Operational Support/Transition Manager, and Site Manager at different companies. During their role as Regional Vice President of Operations, they successfully drove the vision for the Southeast Region of the US, generating $80M+ in annual revenue. As an Innovation Center Director, they built and established the client experience vision across a region that generated $2B in revenue. In their role as an Operational Support/Transition Manager, they created turnkey operating plans and tools and delivered critical support and training. Moreover, at Blue Apron, they served as a Production Manager, leading all overnight facility operations. Prior to this, they held logistics management roles at PPG Industries and AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings.
