Mike Pratapa

Mike Pratapa's work experience starts with KBTS Technologies, Inc. in 2001 as an Account Manager. Mike held this role until 2008. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales and Account Management at the same company. In this position, they focused on account management, directed sales, managed recruiting teams, and achieved revenue/profit goals. Mike also maintained relationships with existing clients in the utilities, automotive, government, and federal sectors and ensured customer satisfaction through obtaining feedback.

Mike Pratapa holds an MBA with a dual specialization in Marketing and Global Management from the Indian Institute of Advanced Management in Vizag, India. Mike has also obtained the certification of Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the INTERNATIONAL SCRUM INSTITUTE in November 2022.
