Edyta Prus

Edyta Prus is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at KCR since November 2020, Edyta provides strategic advisory on employee lifecycle issues across Polish, US, and UK operations while spearheading the development of HR programs to enhance culture and optimize employee retention. Prior to KCR, Edyta held significant HR roles at PZU Zdrowie as a Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager, where responsibilities included leadership advisory, talent management, and change management, and at PwC Polska as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, focusing on learning and development projects. Earlier experience includes a role at the Ministry of Interior and Administration as a Main Expert/Quality Management Specialist, overseeing training programs and process audits. Edyta's educational background includes postgraduate degrees in Marketing and Work Resources Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a Master's degree in English from the University of Warsaw.
