Andrew Krol is a business analyst and custom designer of database architecture with over twenty-five years of industry experience. Andrew works hand-in-hand with clients, overseeing and implementing their data management software and analysis. His specific expertise in database design and data transformation enables him to develop business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insight for his clients.
Prior to KDM, Andrew worked as the Director of Database Marketing at Smith+Noble, where he improved their ROI through a reporting tool that helped them allocate marketing spending more efficiently. As the Senior Manager of Database Marketing at Financial Engines, Inc., Andrew directed a consulting team in the development of a first-generation data warehouse and provided the company a broader perspective of their customer and marketing activities through new methods of data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Andrew is skilled in project management and information engineering methodology, with a deep understanding of all phases of the system development life cycle. As an experienced data analyst, Andrew helps his clients achieve a profound understanding of their customers’ activities and determine the contribution of individual marketing drivers to their bottom line. By gaining greater control over raw data, Andrew’s clients are able to tap into a rich and sustainable data vein to develop attainable goals, find more highly qualified prospects, and develop stronger customer relationships.
Andrew holds an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University and a BS in Mathematics from the State University of New York.
