Marlo Wendlick, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at KDV Label, LLC since September 2022. Previously, Marlo held the position of Human Resources Supervisor at MetalTek International from January 2012 to August 2022, where responsibilities included advising management on employee relations, performance, and conflict resolution while supervising HR interns. Marlo’s earlier roles include Human Resources Consultant at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Human Resources Manager at Wausau Equipment Company, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Schroeder Moving Systems / United Van Lines, along with serving as Employment Supervisor at Oconomowoc Residential Programs. Marlo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
