Atul Goyal

Atul Goyal has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 15 years. Atul is currently the Head of HR for the Railways Business at KEC International Ltd. Prior to this, Atul served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Avaada Group, where they were responsible for aligning HR strategies with the company's strategic objectives and successfully recruited talents globally. Before joining Avaada Group, they were the Head of Human Resources for the North Region at Sterling and Wilson, where they played a key role in creating a performance-driven culture and providing HR support for international projects. Atul has also held leadership positions at Hilton and Accor, managing HR operations, improving operational excellence, and aligning productivity indices with business objectives. Atul started their career as a Human Resource Business Partner at Cairn Energy and worked as a Regional HR Manager at Voltas Ltd. Overall, Atul Goyal has a proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives and driving organizational success.

Atul Goyal earned an MBA in Human Resources from Panjab University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a B.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University from 1999 to 2003. Atul also holds additional certifications in Hay Grading, ISO 9001: 140001 Internal Auditor for HR and Processes, and SHL - QPQ tool.
