About the Opportunity

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the force behind the people and processes at Keebo. You will be responsible for the execution of daily operational tasks and will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the organization, with particular emphasis on the Human Resources function. Candidates must be in the Eastern time zone but will be working remotely. This is a part-time position with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

You Will

  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings as required.
  • Direct company mail to stakeholders.
  • Order gifts for employees and customers as needed.
  • Ensure execution of legal documents with candidates and current employees, such as NDAs and offer letters.
  • Maintain employee records and organizational charts.
  • Own candidate interview scheduling and manage the applicant pipeline within Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Onboard and offboard team members, including device procurement/retrieval, as well as collaborate with department leaders to streamline these processes.
  • Update company records with local and state governments as required

  • Experience performing administrative tasks and providing support team members
  • A desire to grow within a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask, work independently, and meet changing deadlines

  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources position
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
