About the Opportunity

As a Product Manager,  you’ll help to set product vision and roadmap, collaborate with the engineering team to build the right product, and work with go-to-market teams to get our products into the hands of our customers. Candidates must be able to work in North/South America or Europe time zones but will be working remotely. Full-time commitment is required.

You Will

  • Shape the vision, define the roadmap, and drive the execution of new product capabilities that will help delight our customers and meet our company's goals.
  • Prioritize product features and technical debt based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop comprehensive product requirements documents, manage product backlogs, and coordinate the release of new capabilities..
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build world-class products.
  • Monitor and report on key product metrics to track product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Work with customers to identify pain points and come up with solutions to delight users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer success to execute the product roadmap.

You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably with a B2B SaaS product.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including developers, business leaders, non-technical stakeholders, and external audiences
  • Self-driven and able to work independently, with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, SQL, and familiarity with data engineering concepts, data modeling, and big data technologies.
  • Experience in building analytical products with user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless data visualization and intuitive user experiences.
  • Flexibility to coordinate across different time zones and work with international teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouse platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Understanding of ML and AI technologies, data science concepts, and analytical techniques.
