Gloria Frakes

Gloria Frakes has extensive experience in inventory management and customer service across various roles. Currently serving as the Linens and Uniforms Manager at both Keeneland Association and Keeneland Hospitality since September 2015, Gloria oversees inventory control and engages with hundreds of employees daily. Previous experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger from February 2017 to 2019, where responsibilities included customer service and prescription management. Additionally, Gloria held the position of Store and Office Manager at Friesen Business Machines from March 1999 to November 2005, managing inventory, cash register balancing, and customer service. Earlier, as a Youth Leader at Evangelical Fellowship Church from September 1990 to June 2003, Gloria developed personal relationships with youth and organized activities. Gloria's educational background includes a degree in Nurses Aid, Public Health from Red River College Polytechnic and studies at Steinbach Bible College from 1982 to 1985.
