Michelle Friends

Michelle Friends has a diverse work experience in the legal and marketing fields. Michelle has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP since 2023. Prior to this, they were involved in legal administration as part of the Chapter Resource Team at the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). Michelle has also been a member of the Leadership Council at the Denver Zoological Foundation. In terms of their marketing experience, Michelle has held various roles at Fairfield and Woods, P.C., including Executive Director and Marketing and Business Development Director. Michelle has also been involved with the Legal Marketing Association, where they served as Treasurer-Elect and Member-At-Large. Michelle's previous roles include a Regional Business Development Manager at Jackson Lewis P.C., Marketing Director and Manager at Fairfield and Woods, P.C., Director of Investor Relations & Marketing at the Jefferson County Economic Development Corp., Program and Events Specialist at the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Marketing Intern at the Denver Broncos Football Club.

Michelle Friends has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Michelle later pursued a Master's degree in Communication at the University of Denver from 2006 to 2008. More recently, from 2017 to 2019, Michelle pursued a Master of Science in Legal Administration at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law.
