Thina Mthimkhulu

Thina Mthimkhulu serves as HR Director for Kellanova South Africa since October 2023, having previously held the HR Director position at Kellogg South Africa from July 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Thina was the Human Resources Director at Henkel South Africa from August 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included providing HR leadership, managing employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing HR operations. Thina's extensive experience in HR spans roles at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa, Coca-Cola South Africa, Valpre Plant, and JCI Limited, with a strong focus on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
