Britt Mauriss

Britt Mauriss serves as the Sr. Director of Technical Support & Operations at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., driving the development of a customer-centric culture and scaling support systems across the business. Under Britt's leadership, a Support Operations team was launched to enhance the customer journey for realtors. Previous roles include Director of Technical Support and IT Services, where Britt streamlined IT support and implemented asset management solutions, as well as Director of Technical Support, successfully restructuring the support team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Adobe, including developing quality assurance programs and reducing support contacts, along with roles in social media management and creative content editing. Britt holds an MBA in International Management and Innovation Entrepreneurship from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, as well as a BA in English with a focus on Creative Writing from UCLA.
