Gabriele Orlati

Gabriele Orlati is currently the R&D Product Development Manager at KellyDeli, overseeing multiple countries and more than 1200 sushi kiosks. With a background in website development and butchery, along with experience as a barman and store manager, Gabriele is responsible for new product development, leading R&D projects, training chefs, and managing the menu creation for new concepts. Gabriele also plays a pivotal role in sales management, store operations, and franchisee training within the sushi industry. Currently pursuing a degree in Japan, Gabriele is a multifaceted professional with a strong foundation in technical and culinary expertise.
