Sandra Dillon

Sandra Dillon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and leadership roles. Sandra is currently the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Lead at Kemira since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Talent Development at Kemira, where they focused on talent management and succession planning aligned with sustainability transformation. Before joining Kemira, Sandra worked as a Mentor at Aalto Start Up Center, aiding start-ups in accelerating their growth. Sandra also held the position of HR Director, Global People Team, at EY, where they led global Core HR and people projects. Additionally, Sandra served as the Group Human Resources Director for Digicel Pacific and Senior HR Manager at Dell. Sandra started their career at Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd as the Group Training & Development Officer and later worked at Nestlé as a Recruitment, Training & Continuous Improvement Manager. Overall, Sandra brings a wealth of HR and leadership experience to their current role.

Sandra Dillon has a Master of Science degree in Training & Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester. Sandra also holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Training and Development from the Technological University of the Shannon. Additionally, Sandra has a Diploma in Economic Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma in Employment Law from the National College of Ireland.
